The Site Based Decision Making Team is composed of four committees, one from each campus and a district.Each committee is composed of member representatives from the school staff, community and business persons, and parents.Responsibilities of the District Site Based Team include but are not limited to:
1. Assisting with the development of District Goals and instructional program development.
2. Assisting with Professional Development Needs Assessment
3. Assisting with the development of the annual school calendar
4. Serving as a steering committee for District-level decisions.
